By accessing or using ArabiTrader ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ArabiTrader provides trading signal information for educational and informational purposes. Our signals cover forex, gold, indices, and cryptocurrency markets. We do not manage funds, execute trades, or provide personalized investment advice.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

Free Trial: 24-hour access to all features at no cost. No credit card required.
Standard: $99/month — access to signals for 1 market of your choice.
Premium: $199/month — access to signals for all markets including AI analysis.

All subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital information services, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees. If you experience technical issues preventing access to the service, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk. Past performance of our signals does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. ArabiTrader and its team members are not responsible for any trading losses incurred as a result of using our signals.

7. Intellectual Property

Sharing your account credentials with others
Reselling or redistributing signals to third parties
Using automated tools to scrape or extract data
Any activity that disrupts the service or other users

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

ArabiTrader shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or trading decisions made based on our signals.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
